Lunchtime Guided Meditation

Studies have shown that regular meditation helps with reducing stress, controlling anxiety, improving mood, increasing attention span, reducing age-related memory loss, and may help fighting addictions. 

Starting Wednesday, February 20th, Kare's will be offering guided meditations at lunchtime on Wednesdays and Thursdays, 12:15pm - 12:45pm. Take a stress break from work and go deep for better overall wellness. 

There is no fee, though love offerings are appreciated - but only if you can afford it. Drop by February 20th or any Wednesday or Thursday after that and feel the tension just slip away.
